By signing below you agree to contract with Master Agency Management, LLC [including Blue Skye Financial Services and all affiliated master agencies] to provide insurance-related services, including policy underwriting, claims processing, customer support, and administrative tasks. This agreement will be in effect from the date of this signature. Either party may terminate the agreement with 90 days written notice. The Insurance Agent will compensate the Contracted Agency for services rendered. Both parties will maintain confidentiality and adhere to relevant laws.
